Who you hire

Leo Operations is led by founder Rodriquez Wright II, a Tennessee State University graduate who started at the Tennessee State Capitol in 2012. He was Tennessee organizing director for Michael Bloomberg's 2020 presidential campaign, managed District Attorney Glenn Funk's 2022 re-election in Nashville, and has directed field programs in 25 states.
