Leo Operations is a Black-owned political consulting, media and marketing firm founded by Rodriquez Wright II. We help candidates, elected officials, nonprofits and causes connect with the communities they serve, with campaign strategy, field organizing, video, digital advertising, websites and social media.
Rodriquez Wright II began organizing at Tennessee State University, an HBCU, and has spent more than a decade in campaigns, from Nashville mayoral and judicial races to statewide field programs for BlackPAC and Tennessee organizing for Mike Bloomberg’s 2020 presidential campaign. That experience shaped how Leo Operations works: listen to the community first, then build the strategy, the message and the media around it.
