How a project runs
We start with a short discovery call about your audience and where the video will live. Then we write the plan, schedule interviews and b-roll, film in 4K with professional audio, and deliver a main edit plus captioned vertical cuts for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.

What does a video production company do?
We handle the whole project: planning and scripting, scheduling, filming with crew and equipment, editing, color, sound, captions and delivery in every format you need.
How long does a video project take?
Many projects run two to six weeks from kickoff to final delivery, depending on how many shoot days and videos are involved. Event recaps can be delivered much faster.
Can you film in multiple cities?
Yes. Leo Operations is based in Nashville and travels for shoots nationwide.
